The Mountain View Student Intervention Team, which consists of administrative, counseling, teaching, social work and other professional staff, identifies and intervenes with at-risk students. SIT initiates a referral for services and/or counseling strategies that may include contracts for attendance, parent notification or conferences, membership in support groups, etc.
